I decided to go to Granite City Weber since it was closer to me. They did a good job servicing my truck. Wish they carried parts instead of having them shipped. I wanted to wait but had to come back the next day. I appreciate Nick as the service person, got everything together. I guess with everything that is going on, I can't fault them. Supply and demand. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars. $199.00 per hour for labor. Nick did give me 10% off my bill.

I was able to purchase a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax this weekend- and I am so in love with it!! This was my first big purchase that I made on my own- and it was the most seamless process to go through. None of this would’ve ever happened without the help of Jason Haug. He is the most patient, knowledgeable, caring person. He talked me through every panic attack, every question, every minute of doubt over the last month. He truly gave me one of the best deals I could’ve walked away with, and because of that- I am now the proud owner of a BRAND NEW 2026 Chevy Trax! I had to get my battery checked. The power was questionable. I felt safer with a new battery. There was one in the parts department. One was put in that day. I feel much safer with a new battery.

Bought my truck and when I got it home I realized the driver door was out of alignment, most likely a build issue. The service department got me in and realigned my door within a few days of contacting them about the issue. I have nothing but good things to say about the service department staff and techs so far
